You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • British Columbia: 1–5 business days

  • Rest of Canada: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Carriers

We ship via reliable carriers such as:

  • Canada Post


4. Order Tracking

If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.


5. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer


6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (if applicable).

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
